Thornlie Square Medical Centre’s Skin Cancer Clinic

Australia has the highest rate of skin cancer in the world, and untreated skin cancers can become life threatening. A regular skin screen of skin spots and moles can prevent the onset of skin cancer and melanoma, with early detection and regular screening and good preventive measures in place.

Melanoma is the most common cancer in people aged 15-44 years, accounting for 80% of all newly diagnosed cancers. Not all skin cancers are obvious or noticeable, and an annual comprehensive skin screen is the best way to protect you and your loved ones from malignancies.

Our Doctors have a special interest in dermatology and skin cancer, specialising in the detection, diagnosis, treatment and management of skin cancers, including precancerous skin growths, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma. Dr Morisetty is qualified to perform skin checks, biopsies, removal of lesions and follow up treatment.
